How do I make a complaint about an Association of Pet Dog Trainers member?

Contact the Association Pet Dog Trainers office via letter or email stating the nature of the complaint and the Association Pet Dog Trainers member’s name.

What will happen next?

You will be asked to give a telephone number that you can be contacted on.

Why do I need to give a phone number?

A member of the Association Pet Dog Trainers Complaints Committee will contact you to discuss the problem.

Do I have to give my name?

Yes, we do not accept anonymous complaints. However, we will make every effort to keep your identity undisclosed if you request us to do so.

How will I know what the outcome of my complaint was?

You will be informed via email or letter of the outcome.
