UK Rally

APDT Rally Obedience is a new fun sport for dogs and their handlers.

Rally is an American sport based on a mixture of agility and obedience. Less stylised and rigid than classic obedience competitions, Rally is a fun way to train your dog.

Dog and handlers navigate a course with numbered signs, called stations, indicating different exercises to perform such as sit-down-sit, straight figure 8, send over jump, about turns. Dog and handlers navigate the course in a continuous performance without any direction from the judge. Handlers are encouraged to talk to their dogs during the performance.

All dogs, pure bred, x breeds and dogs with disabilities are encouraged to participate.
