1. Right to Cancel: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please notify us in writing (email is fine).
2. Returns: Return the items within 14 days of cancellation. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, including original shipping costs. You may need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
4. Exemptions: Some items, like personalized or perishable goods, may be non-refundable.
5. Faulty Goods: For faulty items, contact us for a full refund, including return shipping.
